Rachel
Dental Assistant
Rachel brings compassion and a positive attitude to her role as a dental assistant. She takes pride in helping patients feel at ease, and she loves working with such a close-knit and supportive team. The most rewarding part of her role is making a meaningful impact in people's health and lives.
Her journey into the dental field began in 1997 when she started training at Westmoreland County Community College. Since joining Faywest Dental in June 2021, she has become an integral part of our dental family.
Outside of the office, Rachel can be found playing with her two Golden Retrievers, Goose and Atlas. She spends much of her free time training them in sports like dock-diving, Lure Coursing, FastCAT, and fieldwork. Goose even serves as a therapy dog, bringing comfort and joy to those in need.
Dr. Randy and the staff are awesome. They were so patient with me and my insurance hiccups (which got resolved thankfully). I learned SO much about my teeth. I first started going about 2 months before 1st covid shut downs. After about 2 years I finally was about to get my dental issues all in order. I truly can't say enough how appreciative I am for the doctor and staff. They're also very understanding of those with extreme anxiety and help you have a comfortable experience. I've recommended Fay West to several friends who all went and also had a very pleasant experience.
